Reputation Builder: More Google Reviews, the Right Way
After every job, every customer gets a review request with your direct Google review link, one follow-up a few days later, and help replying to every review — done the way Google allows, so your reviews stay.
🔒 No contracts. No pressure. We build it first — you decide.
// Where It's Included
Where it’s included: The Framework plan ($297/mo) includes basic review requests. The full Reputation Builder is bundled in the Growth Partner plan ($497/mo), or available on its own — ask us.
// Why Reviews Matter
Customers read them before they call
Homeowners read your reviews before they ever pick up the phone — and recent reviews count most. A steady stream of new, honest reviews keeps your profile trusted and keeps you ahead of the listing next door.
// How It Works
Ask every customer, the right way
- After a job is marked complete, every customer gets a review request with your direct Google review link
- One follow-up goes out a few days later — no nagging, no repeat pestering
- You get help replying to every review, good or bad, so nothing is left unanswered
// The Rules We Follow
The rules we follow, and why
Google prohibits the shortcuts most review systems quietly rely on. We follow the rules so your reviews do not get removed and your profile does not get restricted.
- We ask every customer — not only the happy ones. Skewing the ask is against the rules and looks fake to the next customer who reads them
- We never offer discounts or gifts for reviews. Google removes reviews that look paid for
- We never tell customers what to write. Real reviews read like real people
