01Our Services

Tactixt provides website development, business automation, and digital marketing services for local businesses, including but not limited to website design and hosting, CRM setup, automated messaging, review management, and advertising management. Specific services, deliverables, and pricing are outlined in the applicable client services agreement or invoice.

02Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or misuse any content or functionality provided.

03Payment Terms

• One-time and recurring fees are billed as described in your client services agreement or invoice
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Recurring monthly services renew automatically until canceled in accordance with your agreement
• Late or failed payments may result in suspension of services

04Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information, timely feedback, and any content or access needed for us to deliver services (e.g., domain access, business photos, or account credentials). Delays in providing this information may delay project timelines.

05Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the final website and content delivered as part of your project, excluding any third-party tools, templates, or platforms that remain the property of their respective owners and are licensed, not sold, to you. Tactixt retains the right to showcase completed work in its own portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

06Communications & SMS

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Tactixt related to your project, appointments, or account. See our Privacy Policy for details on how this information is used. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
• Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.
• Opt-Out: Reply "STOP" to any message to unsubscribe. We will send one final confirmation message.
• Help: Reply "HELP" for assistance, or contact us directly at andrestovar@tactixt.com.
• Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

07Limitation of Liability

Tactixt's services are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tactixt is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

08Termination

Either party may terminate services in accordance with the terms of the applicable client services agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site or our services for violations of these Terms.

09Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.

10Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective Date" above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
